IEM Exchange Update 12.12.20
Dear Backers,(1) We really appreciate all of the supporting backers who worked with us to join the exchange program. The first 50 backers have all been recorded in the new database with updated shipping address and confirmed email to them.
(2) All domestic shipping is done (please wait for the confirmation) and those backers will get the tracking information in their email.
(3) Due to the CoVid-19/holidays, the shipping is usually twice the time than usual inside the USA, so please be patient. BUT you can see the status from tracking numbers anytime.
(4) A few international shipping units are done too, but due to the international shipping process they will be carefully reported. Also the shipping cost is varied, so it will be longer processing time. We will manage to send out all the exchanges, so please do not worry.
(5) After all these are done, we will open the "exchange" program for another time around middle Jan to avoid anyone missing it or to help those who decide to join later.
Also, we will expect another Wave update soon from our software developers and will post that information when we have it.

とはいってもイヤホンへの交換プログラムの進捗報告で、国内国外ともだいたい終わってるけど新型コロナの影響で配送が遅れたりしてるけどゆっくり待っててねということと、やっぱり参加しようかなという人向けに1月中旬頃にまた交換プログラムやるとか。まあイヤホンもろても…な感じなのでスルーかな。まあ投資した分を何かしらのモノに…という人向けですかね。
